Jenn Hazen is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. She has practiced various types of yoga for nearly 20 years. Jenn designs all of her classes, and has regularly taught Vinyasa, power flow, Yin, and Hatha classes. She often blends her yoga teaching with mindfulness, emphasizing form and strength over speed, and focusing on body flow, alignment, and body awareness. Jenn approaches yoga the way she approaches life – with curiosity, a sense of adventure, and a desire to learn. She brings this approach to her teaching, hoping to share with her students the many mental and physical benefits of yoga – strength, flexibility, balance, equanimity – and its rewarding challenges.
