A practitioner of yoga for ten years, Kam trained at an ashram in the jungles of Central America. Kam’s teaching style is somatic, attentive, and exploratory. She has taught in Washington, BC, Bethesda, Maryland, and currently teaches in Durham and Pittsboro. An avid backpacker and student of permaculture and herbalism, she seeks to rebuild Village-Mindedness in our modern age. She endeavors to live her life in a way that is not only sustainable, but fully regenerative. To leave a piece of the world more beautiful than she found it.
