My intention in offering yoga instruction arises from the inner transformation that came through my own experiences along the meandering path of life through the teachings of Tantra, yoga philosophy, and Prana Vinyasa ® Yoga. My offering is simple: to tend the garden of sacred space so that your souls have a place to land and blossom through practice.
The yoga that speaks to my heart, Prana Vinyasa Yoga, came through my life as a student in 2008 via the Raleigh, NC collective of teachers. In 2010 I completed Evolve Vinyasa Yoga 200 hour Teacher Training with Carson Efird, and in 2014 graduated from her Prana Vinyasa Yoga 200 hour teacher training affiliate program at Evolve Movement, NC. In addition to these trainings, I’ve received certification in restorative yoga and have extensive experience with prenatal + beginner yoga. 2017 is an exciting year, as I serve as an intern for the Prana Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program team. I am humbly grateful to Shiva Rea, the creator of Prana Vinyasa, and the global tribe of senior teachers within our collective, and all of the friends and teachers I draw inspiration and knowledge from along the way.
