Dynamic Qi Gong with Cathy Brooksie Edwards

Learn a seven movement sequence with the goal of maintaining and improving health and well-being. This 2 hour workshop includes some explanation of how energy flow moves through the body and the impact that these movements can have on healing one's self. We will also practice some energy exercises and walking meditations.

 These movements are gentle, smooth and are used to promote mind and body wellness, restore energy flow and harmony. This is an excellent self-care practice, safe and simple, and can even be practiced sitting down.

 Cathy Brooksie Edwards has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi for over three decades.
