We offer teaching tailored to individuals, small groups, and corporate clients in our space or yours.

Prices vary according to instructor; usually ranging from $80-$160 per hour.

I follow the orientation that deep stillness, unconditional love, non-judgment, and kindness hold a holy healing space. Internal change happens from a daily practice of committed self-care rituals, and some times support and guidance.

  • Brooksie is a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over 25 years of experience. She graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1996 with a Masters in Community Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Music Performance. Brooksie has studied massage and bodywork therapy and earned a certification from The Body Therapy Institute. Brooksie completed her Death Doula Certification from Doorway Into Light in the spring of 2018 which provided her the training to work with individuals, families, and the community during dying, death and beyond.  Brooksie has been using alternative plant medicine for healing over the last two decades and is currently facilitating group and individual sessions. She has an established private practice as a somatic practitioner; is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher at the Yoga Garden PBO; and incorporates movement and music into grief and medicine journeys.

I work one-on-one with individuals who are facing ongoing physical or emotional challenges and are ready to explore new ways to find relief. Whether it’s shoulder pain, anxiety, depression, autoimmune issues, chronic fatigue, stress, or insomnia, I support clients in creating a daily yoga practice that brings balance and ease back into their lives.

My clients are often juggling a lot and may not realize that slowing down and committing to even small, consistent practices can truly transform how they feel and move through the world.

  • Private sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes. I’ll listen carefully as you describe your unique situation and goals, and then I’ll recommend yoga practices tailored specifically to you. These practices might include meditation, movement, or breathwork, depending on what will best support you. My recommendations draw from my work with individuals, my personal experience, and my extensive training. When you return, we’ll refine your practices to ensure they’re helping you achieve the relief and growth you’re seeking.

    You don’t need any prior yoga experience—just a willingness to make a change, explore a new approach, and open the door to greater well-being.

  • Melissa Russell is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), 500-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT-500), certified meditation teacher (iRest), and a certified health coach through Duke Integrative Medicine. Melissa supports clients in her private practice and teaches movement, meditation, and breathwork at Yoga Garden, as well as at mental health facilities, veterans’ hospitals, and corporations.

This includes individuals who need support to restore functional abilities and confidence in movement and fitness, individuals working towards advanced physical goals, and enthusiasts who enjoy movement for its own sake. The layout of a private session or ongoing sessions will be designed around a client’s needs. This includes but is not limited to the following…

  • A single visit where a few exercises are given to address a client’s request

  • A package of 4-6 sessions with more progressive and in-depth work towards a client’s objective

  • Ongoing sessions for continual movement exploration and expansion

  • Nicole Souther, E-200 RYT, 500 RYT, YACEP, has enjoyed studying movement since childhood.Her experience and trainings include both contemporary and classical postural Yoga, Pilates, acrobatics, and somatic exploration.   • I provide individual Instruction in yoga asana (postures), kriya yoga, meditation, breathwork, and the yogic teachings on an hourly basis.

  • 21 or 40-day Personal Sadhana with coaching and mentorship: A personalized movement, meditation, and breathwork practice can support your emotional, spiritual, and wellness goals. Based on your intentions and needs, I will work with you to create your own practice (Sadhana) to follow for 21 or 40 days. During this time we will check in weekly to discuss what you are experiencing during your practice.

  • Lexie Wolf, RYT-500, is the founder and owner of Yoga Garden PBO. She studied Classical Yoga under Dharma Richards, earning her RYT-200 certification in 2018 and completing her RYT-500 certification in 2021. Lexie received an additional RYT-300 certification in Himalayan Kriya Yoga with Anand Mehrotra at Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, India, in 2024.   • Individual Instruction in yoga asana (postures), meditation, breathwork, and/or vedic philosophy on an hourly basis.

  • 21 or 40-day Personal Sadhana with coaching: A personalized movement, meditation, and breathwork practice can help break samskaras (old patterns of thought and behavior), paving the way for new growth and development in your body, mind and spirit. We’ll start by crafting a daily practice designed to support the kind of change you are looking to make. And we’ll check in weekly for accountability, to assess progress and to course correct as needed.

  • Bill Wofford helps manage Yoga Garden PBO. He has completed two courses of study (200 hour Level 1 and 300 hour Level 2) with Anand Mehrotra of Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, India. Bill teaches weekly classes at Yoga Garden and co-facilitates the monthly Men’s Group. Bill is also a father, legal sherpa (aka business attorney), endurance athlete, environmentalist and founder of multiple businesses.
