Cultivating Rest: A Yoga Workshop for Deep, Restorative Sleep with Melissa Russell

Join us for a two-hour yoga workshop designed to nurture deep, restorative sleep. In this interactive, in-person session, we will explore the power of yoga, mindful visioning, and supportive community to cultivate lasting sleep wellness. Together, we’ll begin by gently connecting to our bodies with 45 minutes of gentle movement, releasing tension and inviting relaxation.

We’ll then move into 15 minutes of guided meditation, allowing you to quiet your mind and find a sense of calm, preparing you to envision your ideal, restful sleep routine. Next, through an hour of reflective and interactive practices, you’ll identify the habits and patterns that support — or hinder — your best sleep. We’ll work as a group to share experiences and encourage one another, building a supportive community to inspire healthy sleep habits.

Following the workshop, deepen your practice with two 45-minute virtual follow-up sessions. These sessions will reinforce the tools you’ve gained and help you make incremental changes, ensuring lasting benefits for your sleep.

Leave with a toolkit of yoga practices, mindfulness techniques, and a vision for healthier, more rejuvenating rest!

Note: The dates/times are TBD for the virtual sessions and will be decided by the group.  Recordings will be available for those who cannot attend live.
