Get ready to fly and flip upside down at our Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop!
In this 2-hour session, we'll lay down the groundwork for a safe and playful inversion practice, exploring headstand, handstand, crow pose, forearm stand, as well as the drills, variations, modifications, and prep work needed to build up the strength and balance for your favorite upside-down shapes. This workshop is appropriate for yogis of all levels -- all you need is a mat and a sense of curiosity. We'll tackle fear and defy gravity together.
