Join us for this monthly workshop to learn techniques and receive support for establishing or deepening your meditation practice.
Together we’ll explore a variety of techniques, including breathwork, guided visualizations, mantras, and more. These practices will help you settle and clear your mind and cultivate a sense of inner peace and presence. Find the techniques that resonate with you.
Each session offers space for guidance, discussion and 20-30 minutes of meditation together. Workshop takes place every 4th Saturday of the month.
