Cultivate conscious relaxation, calm the mind, and let go of tension using bolsters, blankets, and other props. We'll explore long-held (5-20 min), fully supported postures that help the body gently open and rest using the principles of time and gravity. As our bodies become still, our minds often go into overdrive; we’ll practice breathing, visualization, and meditation techniques that help us still the mind. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience; join us for deep rest. This is a monthly class happening on the first Friday of the month.
