Yoga 101 4-Week Series was created with you in mind. In each class, you’ll learn poses and breathing techniques, while also gaining an understanding of yoga's philosophy and origins. Discover how yoga can help calm the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace in a safe and supportive space. No prior experience is necessary—just an open heart and a desire to explore yoga’s transformative potential. You'll walk away with tools to start your yoga journey and make it a part of your everyday life.
This series is just $50 for the series of four 1.5 hr classes!
Class meets on Saturdays from 1:00pm-2:30pm on the following dates: January 4, 11, 18, 25
