Curious and perhaps nervous about attending a yoga class? Yoga 101 4-Week Series was created with you in mind. We will take it nice and slow. Learn basic postures (asana), breathing (pranayama) and relaxation techniques. Come explore, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment.
You don’t need to be able to touch your toes, you just have to be willing to try!
This series is just $50 for the four classes!
