Yoga Basics for Men 5-class Series with Bill Wofford

Are you interested in developing more flexibility, strength and balance but don't think you're flexible enough to go to yoga class? Want to learn the basics in a safe, friendly and judgement-free environment? One where you get live, in-person feedback in a small group setting with other guys eager to get started on the life-changing practice of yoga? All that while releasing stress and cultivating mindfulness.

The beginner-friendly Yoga Basics for Men series was designed for you. These classes are made for guys who want to get stronger and more flexible but don't know how to get started. We will start slow and easy and add postures (asanas) and some heat as we progress through the 5 week session. Some experience is welcome but definitely not required.

$60 for the five class series. Twelve bucks a week to start feeling healthier and more at home in your body and mind.

We will meet in the studio's upstairs space on April 17, 24 and May 1, 8, 15
