Cacao Ceremony: Open Your Heart & Be with Your Grief with heart2heartnc

Cacao, hailed as the Food of the Gods, is at the center of this heart-opening experience. This raw, unprocessed form of cocoa has been used in ceremony and ritual by many cultures for centuries. It has a unique ability to stimulate blood flow and focus on the heart rather than the nervous system. Enriched with tryptophan, a serotonin precursor, pure cacao can also lead to a heightened sense of well-being and relaxation.

Led by the heart2heart team, guided by experienced facilitator Brooksie Edwards, this ceremony is a profound exploration of processing and integrating grief and love in its myriad forms. Joining Brooksie are Lolly Dunlap and Amy Durso, weaving a tapestry of music and chanting throughout the ceremony. We will invite sharing, breathwork, movement, meditation, and a serene period of relaxation and renewal.

This ceremony serves as a grounding experience, inviting you to open your heart, fostering a deeper connection with yourself and the world, and facilitating the internal processing and release of grief that may reside within. In this sacred space, all forms of grief are acknowledged and welcomed.
