Come as you are and treat yourself to the practice of movement in a chair with Yoga.
The focus of this chair yoga class is to encourage and explore the practice of yoga in a chair. Especially designed for people with challenges and changes to mobility. The class will begin with a check-in and breathing to get us centered. Seated and standing poses with the use of the chair and wall will be presented and practiced. At the end of the class, we will have another check-in/meditation to integrate the benefits of your practice.
